Is this really a no-signup invoice generator?
Yes. Click "Start creating" on the homepage and you are in the editor. There is no signup form, no email verification, no onboarding wizard, no freemium wall. This is not a trial that asks for your card on day 14 — the core editor is free forever, with no account at all.
Why do other invoice tools force you to sign up?
Because they rent you access to a cloud database, and they need a user record to know which invoices are yours. The account exists to serve their billing model, not your workflow. We skip the account entirely by running in your browser — there is nothing to rent, so there is nothing to log in to.
How do you save my invoices if I never log in?
Your browser does. When you create an invoice, it is saved into a private storage area that lives inside your browser profile. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, the invoice is still there. No cloud, no account, no sync conflicts.
What if I want to use the invoice generator on two computers?
Use Settings → Export all data to download a small JSON backup, then Settings → Import on the other computer. Everything — invoices, clients, preferences — restores exactly as it was. You stay in control of where the backup lives.
Is this free forever, or just free for the trial?
Free forever. There is no trial and no paid tier. We have no upsell and no premium plan. The project exists because the alternative — handing your invoice data to a SaaS with an account and a newsletter — is worse than building a tool that runs in your browser.
Do you send me any emails if I use the site?
We cannot. We do not have your email. There is no place in the product to enter one, and no list to sign up for.
