Where is my invoice data stored?
Entirely on your device, in a private browser storage area only this site can read. Nothing is sent to a server — not drafts, not clients, not settings. When you click "Download PDF", the invoice is rendered on demand and streamed back to you; we never store it. You can delete everything by clearing your browser data.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. There is no signup, no email, no password. Open the site, fill the form, download the PDF. That is the entire flow.
Can I move my invoices to another device or browser?
Yes. Use Settings → Export all data to download a JSON backup, then Settings → Import on the other device. Your invoices, clients, and preferences are restored exactly as they were.
Does this work offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, the invoice editor and preview work entirely offline — your browser handles everything. PDF rendering is the only step that needs a connection, because it runs on our rendering service.
